Camden Visconti Apartments

Background: I'm from St. Pete and my husband just retired from the Navy and found a job here. We jumped on the opportunity and made a very quick-turn move, from out of state, to the area. Since it was so quick, we decided to rent an apartment sight unseen, so we went with Camden since I've rented from them multiple times and knew what level of quality we could expect. Now for the actual review. I'll admit this isn't the nicest Camden I've rented, but it has all the usual amenities and technology. The complex is nice. The facilities are functional and clean. The apartment has everything we need (washer, dryer, dishwasher, garage) and seem pretty sound-proof. The digital portal for rent payments and maintenance requests works well, as always. The Chirp app is fantastic (that's new to me) for the gates and our apartment. And this area of Tampa has everything. I would like to call out Sam Roghaar, our leasing consultant. She was absolutely outstanding through our entire move (and after). She is a wealth of information and was very patient with all our requests and questions. She's super responsive -- doesn't matter which means of communication you prefer. The maintenance team is also very responsive and pleasant, though we haven't had to engage with them much since we just moved in last month. All in all, we'll probably stay here until we buy a home in the area.

I just moved into Camden Visconti a couple weeks ago. So far so good! Samantha was my main contact from the office! She is very professional and was very accommodating to fit my needs in order for me have a great experience while in the process of moving. I honestly made my decision on this place because of her! Thank you Sam! As far as a the actual apartment, it has great potential to be 5/5. Unfortunately I am having some issues with the carpet and the water pressure. I can tell that the previous tenants had dogs as there is dog hair everywhere. There’s also a dog smell that is permeating throughout the apartment. As far as the water goes, the pressure is not as strong and takes a long time to fill the sink, tub, washer, etc…by the time it is time to use the water, it’s too cold! As I stated previously, I just moved in so I’m sure that the leasing office will take care of these issues! Besides that, the campus is beautiful, the neighbors are pleasant and I am happy to be a tenant here at Camden Visconti!

Recently moved into this property, and have nothing but good things to say so far! Starting with the leasing team, specifically Sam Roghaar, is absolutely amazing! She was very quick to assist with any questions/making up the lease contract for us. We had been to several complexes to tour and we were most happy with the service from Sam. She knows what she’s talking about! It was easy to decide we wanted to choose Camden Visconti as our place to live because of the people working there, as well as the upkeep of the apartments. The property itself is very well maintained and always looking very clean. The apartment buildings are very nice and newly renovated which is exactly what I was wanting when looking for an apartment. The amenities are taken care of and unlike my previous apartment complex I feel comfortable to go into the office with any concerns if need be! I can honestly say that because of Sam we chose this complex as our own. She made the decision very easy and worked with us on our needs. We haven’t been here for long but so far, LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I’m a new resident to Camden Visconti, but not new to Camden. The transfer program from Orlando was effortless and simple thanks to Sam at Visconti and the Team at Thornton Park Orlando. Sam stayed in touch every step of the way. All questions and concerns were addressed timely. She was patient and helpful with all the concerns I had. I look forward to my new home in the Tampa area.
